My love for food began in my early childhood, watching my grandparents making bread and cooking for their large family of 8 children and even more grandchildren. My French Canadian heritage was the launching pad for my involvement in the hospitality industry and for the past 25 years, my experience has included everything from customer service to event management.
From Halifax, Nova Scotia to Kelowna, BC and many places in between I have had a unique opportunity to use local and fresh ingredients to develop mouthwatering dishes that are native to each locale. In 2014 “Julie’s Kitchen” was created and when we opened in Georgina we re-branded ourselves as “Yummy Mummy’s Kitchen”. Our mission is to help families eat healthier and simplify their lives while reinforcing the core values of family mealtimes. From catering special events to delivering healthy delicious meals, it is our privilege to be invited to share a part of your lives.
