New to KETO or not, breads are one thing that are often missed by many. Many recipes claim to be carb friendly but when making buns they fall apart or taste eggie. Many do not have the right texture of bread. These little pillows have that texture and taste like your everyday nut filled bread. They hold up in a hamburger or sandwich. These buns, are one of my favorite so far on this journey. Made with various seeds, and nut flour.
