Mille-Feuille or Napoleon Cake

Similar to Napoleon, this one is the Mille-Feuille cake! Recently added to our cake lineup – this cake is so tasty.

So many people have enjoyed this cake so we have brought it to you. First, we make our mille-feuille with 3 layers of puff pastry (pâte feuilletée). Secondly, we alternate with two layers of pastry cream (crème pâtissière). Finally, we top it with a layer of fondant cream and chocolate drizzle. This 8" square cake serves at least 12 people. Please note that this cake requires a minimum of 24 hours notice.
