Hey there, fellow gluten-free warriors! Welcome to my corner of the internet, where we're going to dive deep into the labyrinth of gluten-free living. Let me rewind a bit and introduce myself. I'm Julie a self-proclaimed gluten-free connoisseur navigating the twists and turns of a world that sometimes feels like it's speaking a language only decipherable to those of us with a gluten sensitivity or Celiac disease.


So, why the gluten-free life, you ask? Well, turns out, my body decided it wasn't too keen on gluten, and I was initiated into the gluten-free club without an RSVP. It's about scrutinizing every crumb, every sauce, and even the seasoning on your favourite snacks. Cross-contamination becomes the arch-nemesis, lurking in shared toasters and communal cutting boards. But hey, it's not all doom and gloom. On the other end of the spectrum is the elusive gluten sensitivity. Less dramatic than its Celiac counterpart, gluten sensitivity is like that friend who cancels plans last minute – not life-threatening, but enough to throw a wrench in your day.
