Well, let me tell you, I just got a smoker a last week and my summer BBQ cooking has since changed. Why did I wait so long to get one? The smell, the taste is unreal, it brings back childhood memories of charcoal BBQs. We’ve been using gas or propane for so long that you tend to forget. The final product is to die for – if done right. One of the first item I tried was chicken thighs and they actually took no time at all less than 2 hours – make sure that what ever you do cook comes to temperature before ingesting.

Next, I thought, why not go all out and do several items at once? A friend of mine said, in order to smoke you have to be patient! Patient! Obviously doesn’t know me well, lol. I wasn’t gonna waist time, so I took out my meat
and planned my meals for the next few days. Whole chicken – checked, Ribs – checked, Wild BC Salmon – Oh yeah checked! With my little smoker BBQ, I was able to cook, 4 yes folks, 2 pork butts and 2 tenderloins at once!

And my whole chicken without the added salt! No BBQ spice blend on this baby. Nope again, my very own spice blend which make it low sodium but #extremeflavour #lovebbq&smoker
